Nearly Five Decades of Industrial Leadership

Mr. Abdulrahman Shehadeh’s professional journey began in 1976 with the establishment of Alico in the UAE. Through resilience and long-term vision, that single venture evolved into an industrial network spanning Gulf Glass Industries, Alico Kuwait, Schüco Middle East and Alico Egypt.

In 2007, he brought this vision to Jordan by founding Philadelphia Solar, establishing a regional solar-manufacturing platform with global ambitions.
