Steel Structure Sales Manager

Job Description / Role

► Collaborate with all Sales Agents to deliver gross Margin that exceeds the business plan.
► Select the bid opportunities that enable us to deliver value to our customers
► Ability to manage people.
► Build and maintain customer relationships - earning their trust and preference by meeting their needs.
► Establish and meet business plan targets for Hours, Volume and Margin bookings.
► Get customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project life cycle.
► Generate maximum job orders and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

► Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in civil engineering or any related field in structural steel.

► Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, design, calculation and costing of steel structure projects.

► Well experienced in structural analysis & design software's; (STAAD Pro, AutoCAD & Primavera).

► Has handled multiple structural design projects within MENA region.

► Expertise in structural design seismic and wind analysis, steel fabrication and structural steel detailing

► With a strategic acumen to establish and meet business plan targets for hours, volume and margin bookings

► With strong interpersonal skills, an articulate communicator, adept in both electronic and verbal communications and with professional appearance and demeanor.

► Male, Jordanian nationality, 30 years old and above.

► Available and can join immediately.

► Fluent in English.

► Should have a driving license.
